Breakfast Time, Whats On The Menu

How do you start your day? What gives you grace, gratification? Do you fuel your body  with nutrition? Is it a blender of positive thought? Do you fuel your mind with the same? What gives you vitality? Are you sane?

Do you believe in the universe? The greater supplier of life and advice. Does the soul need to be fed self worth or is it worthy of being fed hand to mouth, based on a equality and healing.

Do you allow the body, the physical you, to determine what goes inside? Are you persuaded by emotional health or by unhealthy addictions as soon as you open your eyes? Do you crave joy and happiness or boxed up items that have no nutritional value. Do you value yourself?

Whats for breakfast determines your day, your moment, your next thought. It is a prerequisite for a healthy heart, a heart that beats freedom from unnecessary thinking. Cravings that deprive you from running toward your next purpose instead of running away. How fast can you run?

Take the time to enjoy the fruits of your labours. Peel away the anxiety with knife in hand. See whats inside. Is it sugary and plentiful from your garden? In love , you choose what you put into your body, in compassion you pick something real.

Whats for breakfast will make you into a realistic person. What you eat will improve your self and your disposition. What you choose is a reality made of different sources. What you challenge yourself with is what you have in your cupboard of life.

Mea Culpa

How many times do we tell ourselves that what has just happened is our fault? How many times do we deny fault and pass it others in denial?

It is my fault. No, it’s not my fault. do I do I not take the blame for the inconsistencies my life consists of. Well then who’s fault is it?

Blame it on the universe, blame it on our childhood, or maybe our current situation. Faulty wiring, hearing, seeing, being, it is still the word that inspires us to stay in the place we are.

Take the word blame and turn it into lame. Then take the word lame and turn into same. We are all the same when we encircle ourselves in the name game. No matter what word we begin with it’s all about the ending. What word comes before the period?

Try to end it in a thank you, a happy face, a thought that inspires to conquer rejection. Imaging peace inside no matter the events. What is the learned experience from a neutral point of view? Can you see the blue sky after the storm?

It’s all about the words we use to describe the situation. Did we add “don’t worry be happy” and ignore those Mea Culpa’s that systematically come along to end our sentence in something totally different.

Mea Culpa, Mea Culpa, the latin is great but what truth the words say about you and where the truth lies.

 

Have An Open Conversation With Yourself

Try having an open conversation with yourself? What does this look like. How does it make you feel.

Pen to paper, feelings into thought say what is true and not truth. A truth that I can be self extended from past experience but yet from a place you haven’t traveled to yet.

Honesty is sometimes fearful, sometimes we sit in a bath of shame, drowning on remorse  but we need to get over it because we are drowning in the self truths we sink into.

Raw, selfless, uninviting, make faces at yourself in the mirror. Ugly ones that could terrify anybody else but you. Laugh until your heart aches and then do it again thinking of another mistake you make. Now fix it.

Have coffee at your favourite place but by yourself. Would you honestly enjoy not being you in this conversation. Maybe someone else feels the same. Take pen and paper this time and write down this made up conversation in which you have to explain to the other self what they are to you. Find those good points, be honest, but tear yourself down too. Feel the grit between your teeth like the used coffee grounds in the bottom of your cup. Drink them up and taste the difference if there were none.

Ask someone out for a walk and let them lead the way. Pretend you have laryngitis and cannot speak. All you can do is listen, you may learn something new about yourself through the voice of another. Sometimes we are deaf to our own issues.

Change the station. The music that was once to your ears is now annoying the more you connect to the new self image you are creating. Sometimes even quiet is a necessary component of the new you.

Be aware of set backs. Oh, you will know; those ones that make you feel good because they are familiar. You know what I mean.

Have a conversation with yourself today. The vibe will be either creative and honest or the static cling with hold you back, your choice. It will always be your choice to hear the truth or to be truthful.

 

Don’t Sink The Ship

Don’t sink the ship. Don’t do it.

The ship may be listing, damaged from prior sailings but do not give up.

You are a skillful captain, this ship you can save.

Be the captain and not only save the ship but the cargo it carries.

Don’t sink the ship, find a way.

You are the captain of your ship.

Dancing Rabbits

Dancing rabbits, little bundles of furry fur, even when I say the word it makes me smile.

I can picture these rabbits, happiness in a small package of many colours. Bouncing on their trampoline of being. Bouncing around with no care in the world. Joy, Joy, Joy is the sound their feet make every time they hit the ground.

Come out, come out where ever you are! No more hiding, no more sneaking about in fear or intimidation. You rabbit over there let’s boogie. Show me your moves by chasing away the reason you are afraid. Tell me while your dancing where you came from. Are you from another planet? Makes me wonder why we have decided rabbits are shy when really they just want to dance.

Name your colour, your brightness, your silliness, make it shine away the darkness that surrounds you. No more hiding out, it’s all about seeking the adventure. Hop about, smell the senses as they surround you. Your eager to play, and be played, that’s the dance. Boing.

Makes me laugh you dancing rabbits. looking out the window in the early morning. It may be raining but it’s still sunny in your mind. Windy days, dance, sunny days dance in the sunshine, even on stormy days let the wind whirl you around in sheer pleasure of the moment you dance.

Dancing is healing, its healthy, its about being spontaneous. Dance rabbit dance in all your colours. Happily hop.
